Fire Emblem Engage’s battles aren’t just tough, they can also be quite long. Each character has unique conversations with one another that can be unlocked over time. The support system has returned in Engage as well. This acts much in the same way as the Monastery, where you can roam around and do different activities such as training, buying items and even sitting down for a nice meal. ![]() In Fire Emblem Engage, rather than the Monastery, you'll be exploring the Somniel, a floating hub you can visit between story chapters. ![]() ![]() Actually, Engage still has a lot of options outside of battles and even retains a similar support system and central hub for you to explore. However, a common misconception is that these features have been mostly removed in their entirety. For example, there's no school feature and there's less emphasis on spending time outside of battles. If you've been following reviews of the game, you might know that Engage has stripped back some of the social features that Three Houses introduced. ![]()
